I have the six side clamps. I am missing the securing / release clip for the drivers side front . See photo.

The picture you submitted looks just like a replacement front latch for Extang Revolution part # EX1093.

I attached a picture that shows the parts included with an Extang Revolution and the only clamps that come with it are what comes in the #EX22540406 that you referenced. If you have different clamps you many have a different cover.

The Replacement Clamps for Extang Revolution Soft Tonneau Covers part #EX22540406 come with six clamps, they will each work on both the driver or passenger side. In other words, they are not side specific.
