I reached out to my contact at Dexter and based on the serial number you provided your axle has a 2200lb axle rating and uses inner and outer bearings # L44649, and races # L44610.
For replacement braking assemblies you will need Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit w/ Parking Brakes - 7" - Left/Right Hand Assemblies - 2.2K # K23-103-104-00, and if your hub and drum assemblies are in need of replacement you will need # 8-173-16UC3.
I included a few video reviews for you to take a look at.
