Since your axles currently use the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3-EZ that means you have tandem 3500lb axles with the common # L68149 and # L44649 bearing combination, and a 4 bolt brake mounting flange.

To convert your trailer to hydraulic disc brakes you will need to start with two of the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Hub/Rotor - 5 on 4-1/2 - Dacromet - 3,500 lbs # K2HR35D which will bolt up to your existing 4 bolt brake mounting flange, and uses the same # L68149 and # L44649 bearing combination. This kit does not include bearings so I recommend going ahead and replacing your bearings using # DBRKHW35EZ, you will need 4 bearing kits total, one for each hub.

Next you will need a brake line kit, and the correct one will be dependent on the length of your trailer. For a shorter trailer I recommend the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle - 15' # 15TA-BLKIT, and if your trailer is longer I recommend the HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle - 24' # HS496-252.

Moving on you will need to add a surge brake actuator for disc brakes. I recommend the Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator - Disc Brakes - 2" Ball - Zinc Plated - 7,500 lbs # 099-175-20 which fits 3" wide tongues, uses a 2" hitch ball, and a 7500lb weight capacity.

Lastly you will need to add a 5-way connector to your tow vehicle to power the reverse lockout solenoid. If your tow vehicle has a 4-way connector you will need the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter - 4-Way Flat to 5-Way Flat - Vehicle End # C57187 which will plug into your 4-way connector, and then you will need to connect the blue wire to the reverse light circuit of your vehicle with the included quick splice.

If your tow vehicle does not currently have a 4-way connector you will need to add one. Just let me know the Year/Make/Model of your vehicle if this is the case and I will recommend the correct connector for your vehicle.
