I have a perfect solution for you to easily load 2 kayaks on top of your 2021 RAV4 with factory crossbars. I highly recommend the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier and TelosXL Load Assist w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style - Side Loading # MPG114MD-351XL. This is for one kayak, so for your second kayak you will need to also order Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs # MPG114MD which is compatible with the removable load assist mentioned previously.
These carriers will simply clamp around your factory crossbars and provide a nice cradle for both kayaks, along with the load assist mechanism. The weight capacity is 75lbs per kayak carrier.
