Does the Kayak carrier with the assist include the cross bars for a Rav4 2018

The Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier and TelosXL Load Assist w/ Tie-Downs # MPG114MD-351XL that you referenced does not come with a set of crossbars for your 2018 Toyota Rav4 so you would need also a Malone roof rack # MPG216 to fit the raised rails of your vehicle and you'd be set.
