Will Telos XL Load Assist Work With etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier

I have thule areo bar roof rack with etrailer j style fold down yak carriers. Will the malone xl load assist fit/lock onto the j style carriers since they are rounded rather than straight where the lift assist rests?

You'll need an adapter, but yes, the etrailer J-Style Kayak Carrier # e98878 is compatible with the Telos XL Load Assist # MPG351XL.
What you will need to add is the Universal Roof Rack Adapter Kit for Malone Telos XL Load Assist # MAL95VR.
The adapter will attach to the crossbars and be what you attach the load assist to instead of the kayak carriers.
