Recommended Air Suspension For 2010 Ford F350 With Gooseneck Or 5th Wheel Hitch

I had to remove my Airlift bags to install the Turnover ball. Can I use the bags with Firestone Brackets? If so, do you sell the brackets separately?

I do not recommend trying to install Airlift bags onto the Firestone brackets. You will want to go with a new setup such as the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2550 which is confirmed to fit your 2010 F350. This is compatible with 5th wheel and goosenecks hitches whereas your Airlift bags obviously are not compatible with 5th wheel or gooseneck hitch. This setup is rated for up to 5,000lbs and offers a simple installation process as you can see in the installation video I attached for you.
