Does the hitch and wire harness come with hardware for installation? Bolts, nuts, washers?

The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98909 does not include hardware as it reuses the factory hardware that holds in the bumper support bracket on your 2019 Chevrolet Colorado.

The 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring # HM40975-11998 will be what you need to have the trailer wiring installed on your truck. This will fit in place of the cover on the left of your license plate already on your Colorado's rear bumper. It does provide connectors for attaching to your factory wiring.
