Rhino-Rack Aero Rack and Kayak Stacker. Both have a weight limit of 165lbs. Do you figure 165 per crossbar or and stacker or is it 165 for the complete setup?

The weight capacity of the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbar System is indeed 165 lbs evenly distributed across both bars. The weight of the Rhino-Rack Nautic Stack Kayak Carrier part # RRS520 would then need subtracted leaving you with 160 lbs for up to 4 kayaks.
