The only differences between the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # C13702 and the # C13704 you were looking at is the size of frames they fit.

The # C13702 works with box or C channel frames that are 18" - 51" wide, where the # C13704 works with box, C channel, or I beam frames that are 22" - 66" wide.

Both hitches have the same 500lb tongue weight rating and 5000lb trailer weight rating, so the correct one will be dependent on the frame of your travel trailer. You will also want to reach out to the manufacturer of your trailer to find its towing and tongue weight capacity and use the lower rating between the trailer and hitch.

I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
