Measurements of Tow Bar Base Plate Connection
Question:
Im trying to see if this tow bar will work with a specific bracket and am hoping you could provide some dimensions for me. Ive shown the 4 dimensions that Im looking for in the attached drawing. Ainch - The width of the tab of the connecting clevis Binch - The width inside the uinch portion of the connecting clevis Cinch - The connecting leg shaft diameter Dinch - The diameter of the attaching pin and corresponding hole in the connecting clevis Thanks.

The measurements from your picture of the etrailer # e97ZR tow bar is as follows;
A - Connecting tab 0.63" thick
B - Inside measurement of tube reception = 1.63"
C - Tube diameter = 1.133"
D - Pin hold diameter = 0.50"
In this drawing, it looks like there is nut through the C shaped receptor and through the tube, to the other side, while actually these are solid stubs. The distance from one side to the other is 1.9", and then you have to add the nut.
I have added a picture of the stubs
This is a heavy duty tow bar rated for 10,500 pounds and fits Reese and Valley base plates.
