For your 2004 Keifer 4 Horse trailer with 7000lb axles that use 12" drums and brakes with a 5 bolt pattern I recommend the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 5.2K to 7K # AKEBRK-7-SA which will work perfectly with your hubs and are rated for 5200-7000lb axles.
The # AKEBRK-7-SA are a great option due to the self adjusting feature that makes it to where you will not need to periodically adjust the brakes like you would need to with other braking assemblies.
I recommend using heat shrink butt connectors # DW05745-5 to for a weather tight connection.
If your mounting hardware is in good shape you can reuse it, if it is in need of replacement I recommend the # BRKH12.
I included a video of the # AKEBRK-7-SA being installed for you to take a look at.
