I would be happy to help!

Starting with adding the trailer connector I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118392 which is a confirmed fit for their 2020 GMC Savana 3500 and offers a plug and play installation.

Next you will need the # ETBC7 which will plug into the newly installed installed 4-way connector and will require you to run a few wires to complete the installation. The black wire will get run to the battery of the vehicle with the included 40 amp circuit breaker, the white wire will get grounded to the frame, and the blue wire will get run to the dash of the vehicle. Using a no-drill mounting bracket # 18140 will allow you to mount the connector to the trailer hitch receiver.

For a trailer brake controller I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 due to it being extremely reliable, and having great features such as an easy to read LCD screen, and built in diagnostics that are easy to read and understand.

If the van does not already have a trailer hitch receiver installed I recommend adding the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98861 which has a matte black powder coat finish to resist scratching and wear, and matches the plastic trim on the van. The # e98861 has a 1000lb tongue weight rating and 10000lb trailer weight rating making it a great option to tow a camper.

Lastly to complete their towing setup you will still need a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.

I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
