We don't have specific information on what parts came on specific models of trailers, but it looks like the smallest possible axles that came on the Keystone Montana Mountaineer regardless of the model number would probably be a 5000-lbs axle. This means that you've likely got 12" brakes on the coach, so if that is the case I recommend using the etrailer Electric Brake Assemblies- 12" x 2" # AKEBRK-6. These are manual adjusting brakes, so you'll also need a brake adjustment spoon # W80630 and because the brakes don't come with mounting hardware you'll need # BRKH12.
I do recommend checking the capacity of the axles on your 2012 Keystone Montana Mountaineer or pulling off the drums and measuring the inside to make sure that you need 12" brakes. If you find that you've got something different, just let me know and I can help you locate something more appropriate.
