I don't believe that a Coachmen Pursuit 32WC has air brakes, so the Air Force One would be out of the question. The main difference you should likely be considering is whether you want a permanently installed braking system or one that is portable and requires setup each time you're going to be traveling. They both have their benefits and draw-backs, but considering that it appears you're towing a 2020 Ford Escape that you'll likely have for a while, your best bet is probably going to be going with something permanently installed.

For a permanently installed supplemental braking solution I recommend using the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System w/ Wireless Coachlink Monitor - Proportional # DM86VR, which will be compatible with the hydraulic brakes on your coach and give you responsive proportional braking of your towed vehicle. The Stay-IN-Play system is designed to install out of the way, so that you won't even know it's there and the wireless monitoring system that mounts in the coach always lets you know when the brakes are being applied. This system is ready with the flip of a switch, so it's a great solution if you want something easy to use.

I've linked a review video of this system for you to check out, but I think this will be the best solution to use towing your 2020 Ford Escape.
