Recommendation Trailer Hitch 2019 Toyota Highlander W/ Full 20 Size Spare

I have a 2019 Toyota Highlander with a full size 20" spare and an aluminum rim. Is there a trailer hitch that will fit with that full size spare and rim?

We have 4 hitches for your 2019 Toyota Highlander. The EcoHitch # 306-X7250 says Hitch does not fit vehicles with full size spare tire stowed under vehicle. The other three, the etrailer # e98844, the Curt # C13394, and the Curt # C13200 all say that they will fit with full size spare tire stowed under vehicle unless spare is on an Aluminum rim, which is too wide. So if you have a full size spare, and it is not on the aluminum rim, then you have 3 hitches from which to choose. I have attached installation instructions and installation videos for each for you to check out.
If one of these hitches will work for you, then I have compiled some other things that you might need:
If you want to install trailer wiring, I suggest the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector, # 118449. This is a confirmed fit custom wiring harness for your 2019 Toyota Highlander.

To complete your towing setup you also need a ball mount kit. I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit # 989891 which comes with a 1-7/8" hitch ball, 2" hitch ball, and a ball mount that has a 3/4" rise/2" drop. This kit also includes a pin & clip set as well as a storage bag.
