We can give you the tools to achieve what you're wanting but your vehicle is limited when it comes to hitch sizes and capacity. Since you only have 1-1/4" hitch options we don't have a lot of towing options for your Challenger X Scooter. We also can't use an adapter for the hitch as it will cut down the capacity too much to where it could not handle the weight of your scooter. Best thing you can do is get a specific trailer for your scooter.
If you have a 2005 Ford Focus hatchback or sedan, use this hitch # 24692 and for a wagon use # C11296. Here is a ball mount that will fit in the hitch # RP7043000 and this is the trailer wiring you need to hook up a trailer # 18252.
I've included some videos for you to see how these install so you can do it yourself!
