For your 4-pole trailer lighting connection you will need a Tekonsha # 18252 Hard Wire Kit. To up fit this to a 7-way connector you will need to add the etrailer # ETBC7 Install Kit. Your 4-pole connector plugs into the back of it and it then you wire the 12-volt hot, and 12-volt brakes to it. When plugging the 4-pole in the back, use some dielectric grease to keep moisture out and deter corrosion. If you don't have any order the Edelmann # 11755 two ounce tube.
Keep in mind that this kit is for typical vehicles and since you have a C&C you will need more wire to get to the cab and engine compartments. You can purchase Deka # 10-2-1 jacketed wire by the foot.
If it were me I would buy a handful of Redline # A0500 Metal Loom Clamps, and # FA1131822 self tapping screws to secure the wiring running to the front of the vehicle. I think they last decades longer than zip ties.
Finally, it sounds like you will need a brake controller unless your new F450 came with an in-dash version. I would recommend the Tekonsha # 90195 "Prodigy P3" proportional brake controller. This is the brand I personally use and I am very happy with the level of adjustments available and the smoothness of stops.
