Spindle for Trailer to Use with Hub that has 5 on 4-3/4 inch Bolt Pattern

I am looking for some trailer hubs that I can put on my 1 1/16 in straight axle, that have a five on 4.75 bolt circle. I didnt see any of that bolt pattern that had a bearing ID of one and one sixteenth. Maybe its possible to swap some special size bearings or an adapter sleeve. To install a hub with a 5 on 4-3/4 inch bolt pattern like the part # AKIHUB-5475-35-K that you referenced you'd have to go to a different spindle on your trailer axle as there isn't a sleeve adapter of any kind for this type of situation.

For a spindle you'd want the part # TRU24FR. You'd need to find someone with experience installing spindles as it's a precision job.
