I would be happy to recommend a weight distribution hitch for your 28' travel trailer, but you will want to confirm the total tongue weight of your setup before ordering a system.
Total tongue weight is the tongue weight of your full loaded and ready to tow trailer, plus the weight of any cargo added behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle. The easiest way to determine this is using a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 to get an accurate tongue weight number.
If your total tongue weight is between 600-1000lbs I highly recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Round - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # FA94-00-1000 as it is a fantastic system for the money, and it having built in 2 point sway control to keep your trailer in line when going down the highway. This system does not include the hitch ball, so you will need either the 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # EQ91-00-6120 to match the coupler on your trailer.
If you find that your total tongue weight is above the 1000lb maximum of the # FA94-00-1000 I highly recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 12,000 lbs GTW, 1,200 lbs TW # FA92-00-1200 which works with total tongue weights from 800-1200lbs. This system also does not include the hitch ball, so you will need either the 2" # A-90 or 2-5/16" # EQ91-00-6120 to match the coupler on your trailer.
I included videos for each of the products mentioned and a link to a helpful article that goes over total tongue weight for you to take a look at.
