How Difficult Is It to Install Air Lift Springs by Yourself?

Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle Hello there, Im thinking of installing this on 2019 chevy express 3500. How much drilling is required to install it and the difficulty? Thanks

For your 2019 Chevrolet Express Van 3500, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs with part number # AL57205 is the fit for your vehicle.
As for installation process, it depends. Here at etrailer, we have lifts, torque wrenches # ALL644044, and drills and it takes us about 2-3 hours. The average install time for those installing it in their own garage is around 4 hours. For your Express Van, it's not too difficult, although there is some drilling involved. I attached the install video as well as the instructions below if you want to get a feel for the process and the tools involved.
One thing I'd like to mention is to pick up extra cable ties like # DW05727-10! Very useful when tying lines to keep them out of the way.
