While we do have towing mirror options for your 2021 Nissan Titan SV, the CIPA Slip on Towing Mirror # CM11401 is custom fit and is not confirmed by CIPA to fit on your Nissan Titan.

At the moment, we have universal towing mirror that are compatible for your truck. One option is CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors - Clamp On # CM11980-2. This is a set of two and clamps to the top of your factory mirror. I attached a review video below if you want to see how it looks and works on a 2017 Nissan Titan.
