Will The Malone MegaWing Kayak Carrier Fit On A Jeep Wrangler w/ Rugged Ridge Sherpa Roof Rack Kit?
Question:
Will the Malone MegaWing fit a Jeep Wrangler Rugged Ridge Sherpa Roof Rack Kit with the round cross bar? I have a 90LB Original Tandem Hobie Outfitter. Roof rack is going on a 2015 2 door Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JK Hardrock edition. If this is not the best fit for the Roof Rack I have ordered, please provide information for a alternate Kayak carrier/holder. Thanks for your assistance.

Since The Rugged Ridge Sherpa Roof Rack Kit for your 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon JK Hardrock Edition has round crossbars similar to the ones I've used in the past, the Malone Megawing # MPG207 will wrap around the bars just fine! Just make sure that the crossbar spread is at least 24" from each other. These carriers will be great for your 90LB Original Tandem Hobie Outfitter Kayak. Be sure to share a photo when the set up is complete!
