The Titan Chain # TC2533 will work well on your 2017 Ram 1500 with 275/60R20 tires, and the cam tightener # TCMA1 will definitely make getting connected much easier. These chains are low profile diamond pattern chains so they're not going to be as jarring during travel as ladder pattern chains, so they'll be great on the highway over long distances.

It also sounds like you're looking for a weight distribution system; you'll want to choose that based off of the loaded tongue weight of your trailer, which should be between 700-lbs and 1050-lbs depending on how it's loaded.

Based off of the specs you've mentioned I recommend using the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Round - 2-5/16" Hitch Ball - 10K GTW # FA94-00-1061, which is designed for trailer tongue weights between 600-1000-lbs. The Fastway e2 offers 2 point sway control to help keep your trailer from swaying too much when being passed by semi-trucks or in heavy wind by using steel on steel friction. This system comes with a shank and 2-5/16" hitch ball included so it's going to have everything you need to get on the road right out of the box.

I've linked a review video of this system for you to check out, but it is a good choice at a nice price for your 14 foot enclosed trailer.
