Will the Malone SteelTop Roof Rack Work With a Ski Carrier or Roof Top Tent

Hello, I have a question about roof rack cross members for my 2019 Jeep Cherokee with built in rails. I would like to buy cross members that can hold a ski rack or a rooftop tent for two people. I imagine the roof top tent with two people will be close to 400 lbs gross weight when in use. Like to get your opinion on what cross members to buy. I was looking at the Malone cross members below.
