Does Yakima Roof Rack for 2013 Lexus GX 460 Allow Rack to Slide Anywhere on Roof Rails

I have a 2013 lexus gx460 and was going to put on the yakima roof rack . I have factory flush mount rails on the roof. If I install the crossbars can they be mounted anywhere on the side rails or is the a specific spot they need to be mounted?

The Yakima roof racks like the Jetstream part numbers # Y00425 and # Y00145 allow you to put the cross bars basically anywhere on the roof rails like you are asking about.
