In order to install a 7-way trailer connector and brake controller on a 2013 Dodge Durango you'll have to start with a 4-way, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56333 will work well for this. This can then be adapted into a 7-way using the 4 to 7-Way with 4-Way Trailer Connector Adapter part # ETBC7L. This will then allow you to use the Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller part # C51180 which is what I recommend for a brake controller.
