I checked with Roadmaster and the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-147 is confirmed to fit your 2021 Nexus Viper 27V on the Ford E-450 Chassis.

To get the best overall anti-sway I highly recommend also adding the Front Sway Bar # RM-1139-176 and Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer # RM47MR.
