Parts Needed to Flat Tow a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500
Question:
I have 23ft class c rv. I’m looking for inexpensive but safe value tow bar to tow my crew cab Silverado shirt bed 1/4 ton pickup. Recommendations that you sell?

A complete flat towing setup consists of base plates, a compatible tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, supplemental braking and, when needed, a high/low adapter. You'll also want to consult the vehicle's owners' manual for any specific instructions to follow to get your vehicle prepared for flat towing.
For base plates I recommend using the Demco Classic Base Plate Kit - Fixed Arms # DM9518200, which will give you a durable base plate with a heavy duty powder coating at a nice price point. These base plates are compatible with the Demco Commander # DM9511012, which has a 6000-lbs capacity, so it's ideal for your Silverado 1500 that has a curb weight of around 5000-lbs. The Commander also comes with safety cables integrated, so you won't need to get those separately.
For the towbar wiring/lighting solution I recommend using the Magnetic Tow Lights - Red LEDs - 4-Way Flat Connectors - 20' Long Harness # PE26UR, since it doesn't require any splicing into vehicle wiring and it's the most cost-effective solution.
Supplemental braking is required in most states and provinces and will help reduce the strain on the braking system of your Class C RV. I recommend using the Brake Buddy Classic # HM39494, which is a reliable and easy to install portable supplemental braking system that won't break the bank. This system provides proportional braking for your towed vehicle, so the brakes will be applied with the same intensity in the toad as they are on your RV.
You may also need a high/low adapter to complete your setup and allow you the tow bar to be level to the ground when towing; I've linked our entire selection of these as well as a helpful article on how to properly measure to determine which one you'll need. I've also linked some review and install videos of these parts for you to check out.
