I was unable to find what kind of clearance and recommended rim size of the 1974 Shasta Camper.
As such, I do not recommend upgrading your current rims to 15". I would suggest sticking with the 13" rims. If you let me know why you are wanting the upgrade, I can help you find what you need. For example, if it's because you want the camper to sit higher, we can perhaps make some improvements to the axle.
If you decide to stay with the 13" rims and tires, you will need to know your tire size and bolt pattern. For example, the Kenda Karrier, part # AM31985 has a 13" rim, but the other important specs are that the tire size is ST175/80R13 and the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2". I've linked to a video review of this set.
If you let me know these specs, I can help you get your replacements.
