The difference between the MORryde Scissor Jack Cross Brace Stabilizer for Trailers and RVs # MR82AR, and the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit # LC191023 is while both limit side to side movement of your 30' travel trailer, only the JT will limit the front to back due it using 4 stabilizing arms on the front stabilizers. Neither the MORryde or the JT's will need to be removed from the trailer when you are ready to get back on the road.

I recommend the JT's Stabilizer Kit, but to determine the correct kit for your trailer you will need to measure from the inside to the inside between your front stabilizers.

If that measurement is LESS than 58" you will want # LC191024
If that measurement is 58" or MORE you will need # LC191023

I also recommend adding the Lippert JT's Strong Arm Stabilizer T-Handle Tightening Tool # LC314602 so you can tighten and loosen the T-Handle on the stabilizer arms without having to crawl around on the ground.

I included videos for the JT # LC191023 and # LC314602 for you to take a look at.
