Adapter Needed to Use Curt Q20 For Industry Standard Base Rails in 2021 Ford F-250 with OEM Pucks

Will my Q20 curt hitch mount directly to this adapter without the slider? I have a 2021 f250 4x4 diesel Adapter number C88KR

Assuming that you've got a Curt Q20 hitch like the # C16130 that mounts into industry standard base rails, then the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch - Ford and Chevy/GMC Towing Prep Package # C88KR is what you're looking for to allow you to use it with the prep package in your 2021 Ford F-250.

You could also just remove your old legs and use the Curt OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs for Ford Super Duty Towing Prep Package - 24,000 lbs # C16017; this would allow you to have a hitch that mounted in the OEM prep package by just swapping out the leg kit.
