Can I get custom rubber brake line at least 8 ft long for 1 ton Toyota pickup.

While we do not carry vehicle-specific brake lines, I may have a possible solution for your 1986 Toyota 1 ton pickup. I found that the closest match would be the Kodiak Hydraulic Brake Hose # bh-3mfs-15. This is 15 feet long and has the common 3/16" male fittings on the ends. Inner hose diameter is 1/8". This rubber hose does meet the DOT and SAE standards and is compatible with Disc Brakes or Hydraulic Drum Brakes. My contact at Kodiak said it would probably work for a vehicle, but keep in mind that the # bh-3mfs-15 brake line is meant for trailers and we cannot confirm fitment or compatibility with your vehicle. Your best bet is to find a local or online auto parts store.
