For your 2007 Airstream Safari Travel Trailer, I would go with the Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # C17499. This has a tongue weight range of 500-800lbs and max towing weight of 8,000lbs. Since your travel trailer has an approximate weight of 4,460lbs and tongue weight of roughly 650lbs, this hitch will handle it well.
This setup includes the shank that fits into a 2" receiver hitch. Make sure that your towing vehicle has a receiver hitch capable of pulling this amount of weight and is compatible with a weight distribution hitch. Feel free to give us your year make and model of the tow vehicle and we can find a receiver hitch for you if you do not already have one that will work.
The last thing you need is a hitch ball. Use the # A-90 for 2", and the # 19286 for 2-5/16".
