Absolutely!

To install a 7-way connector on your 1990 Isuzu NPR you will first need to install a 4-way connector. Since there is not a custom 4-way connector harness you will need to use the Upgraded Modulite Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit # C59236 which includes a circuit tester to verify the functions of your factory wiring to make sure you make the correct connections.

The 4-way connector will wire as follows:
White wire to the vehicles frame
Red wire to brake light
Green wire to passenger side turn signal
Yellow wire to driver side turn signal
Brown wire to tail lights
Black wire to vehicle battery with included fuse.

Since your NPR is pretty long, you may need additional 12 gauge wire # 12-1-1 which is sold by the foot to reach the battery of your vehicle.

With the 4-way connector installed you can then install a 7-way connector using the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 which will plug into the 4-way connector you installed, and will only require a few more connections.

White wire to vehicles frame
Blue wire to the cab of the vehicle to connect to trailer brake controller (if you do not need a trailer brake controller you can bundle this wire at the rear of the vehicle)
Black wire to the battery of the vehicle using included 40 amp circuit breaker, Using # 10-2-1 will give you extra wire to extended black and blue wire to front of the vehicle if needed (this wire is sold by the foot, so make the quantity you purchase the length in feet of wire you need).

To mount the 7-way connector to your vehicle you can use the No Drill Mount Bracket # 18136 to secure the connector to your trailer hitch receiver.

Lastly if you are needing a trailer brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195.

I included videos for each of the products mentioned, and a link to a helpful article on wiring for you to take a look at.
