Can Dexter K71-384-00 Over/Under Axle Conversion Kit Be Used to Relocate Springs Under Axle Tube

Can the dexter under over flip kit be used the move springs from top to bottom of axle I wanna lower my deck over

If your leaf spring are currently atop the axle, you can indeed use a Dexter Over Under kit to swap the springs to the underside of the axle which will lower the trailer's deck height by the diameter of the axle tube plus the thickness of the spring pack.
Use # K71-384-00 for a 2-3/8 inch diameter axle tube, which is typically found on a 3500 lb capacity axle or
# K71-385-00 which can be a 6000-7200 lb capacity axle.
