Will the Dexter Over/Under Conversion Work with 1-1/2" Wide Leaf Springs
Question:
I am looking at buying 2 of the lift kits for 2 3/8 camper axles and need to know if the spring plates will fit my 1 1/2 wide leaf springs

Expert Reply:
Typically leaf springs for a trailer will be at minimum 1-3/4" wide but I don't see any reason why the Dexter Over/Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 wouldn't work with springs that are 1/4" less wide. The spring plates and U-bolts will work just fine on this application.
