7-Way Trailer Wiring and Hitch for 2015 Ford Transit Connect
Question:
Hi, I’m trying to buy a hitch and wiring plug for my 2015 Ford Transit Connect. The plug for the trailer is a round one and all I can find in your store is a flat plug kit. Can you help me? Thanks,

To install a 7-way connector like what you described in your 2015 Ford Transit Connect will first require a 4-way like the part # 118613 which is a confirmed fit.
Now if your trailer does not have brakes all you would need is the part # 37185 as an adapter to convert the 4-way to a 7-way.
If you do have trailer brakes you would need the # ETBC7 instead of the # 37185 and a brake controller. This kit comes with everything needed to wire up the 7-way and install a brake controller.
For a brake controller I would recommend the Brake EVN # TK63VR. This is one of our best selling brake controller because of how well it works and how easy it is to setup.
Then for a hitch the Curt # C13167 would work really well as it has the best capacities and installs easily.
