We have just the trailer hitch receiver you are looking for.
I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98909 you were looking at as it is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 4x4. The etrailer # e98909 has a tough matte black powder coat finish that will protect the hitch from wear and tear, and will install nicely with only the receiver being shown as you can see in the included picture.
The etrailer # e98909 has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 800lbs, and a maximum trailer weight capacity of 8000lbs. You will want to contact your local Chevrolet dealership with your VIN number to verify the maximum tongue weight rating and maximum towing capacity of your Colorado based on your options and use the lowest rating between the vehicle and trailer hitch receiver.
If you plan on towing with your Colorado you will also need trailer wiring, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip.
If your truck does not all ready have trailer wiring I recommend the 7-Pole and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Sockets w/ Mounting Bracket and Wiring # HM40975-11998.
To complete the towing setup I recommend the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts, two hitch balls, two hitch pins and clips, and a carrying case.
I included installation videos for all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
