Recommended Replacement Bike Rack for Thule T2 That Accepts 29 Tires

Hi, We have an older Thule T2 hitch bike rack and have recently upgraded our bikes from 26 to 29 diameter wheels. The T2s wheel locking arms arent long enough to secure the larger diameter front wheel. Do you sell a longer version that we can retrofit our rack with for 29 bikes? Thanks

I may have a solution for you, but there are not replacement arms available for a Thule T2 that will allow you to carry bikes with 29" tires, so you would need to upgrade your rack. I recommend using the Thule T2 Pro XTR Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # TH83JV, which is compatible with tires up to 29" in diameter and mounts by the wheels so it's ideal for carbon frame bikes. This rack also tilts away to allow you access to the rear cargo area of your vehicle when attached, and it comes with an anti-rattle hitch pin included. You can add Thule One-Key system locks with part # TH450200.
