Does Malone SeaWing Kayak Carrier & Load Assist Work on 2018 Honda CR-V With Yakima Roof Rack

Malone SeaWing Kayak Carrier and Load Assist w/ Tie-Downs - Rear Loading - Clamp On Will this work on a 2018 Honda CRV? A similar Yakima product does not. I have a Yakima roof rack now that it could attach to, right? Thx
