Scooter Carrier For 2021 Chevrolet Suburban

Question:

I need something that will carry a 94lb mobility scooter. Dimensions are 42.5 L x 21.5 W. Looking for the hitch and the carrier if you can recommend any. Thanks for your help.

The included 48" ramp allows for easy loading. This carrier also folds when not in use.

I contacted Chevrolet regarding all 2021 Suburbans, and they informed me that not only do they all come pre-wired for towing, they also include a standard Class III hitch with 2" receiver (a plastic cover may need to be removed to access it). This hitch is capable of towing a gross trailer weight of 8100 lbs for 4WD models and 8300 lbs for 2WD models; which is more than enough to haul the Curt Carrier.

I also recommend the Curt Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap # 18050 to help provide extra support for your scooter.
