We do have some red LED clearance lights that are made in the USA. They are made by Command Electronics, and I was able to confirm with the manufacturer that the following lights are in fact made in the USA:
- LED Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light with Reflex Reflector - 2 Diodes - Red Lens # 328-K-59LB
- Hot Dot LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light - 2 Diodes - Red Lens # 328-003-17R
Both of these lights are surface mounted and have 2-wire leads, with the red wire being the power wire and the white wire being the ground wire. The difference between the two is in their dimensions, with the Hot Dot LED light being 2-3/4" long with mounting holes 2" apart on center, and the other LED being 3-7/8" long with mounting holes 3" apart on center.
To install them you can use Butt Connectors # 05731-5, and I've added links below to video reviews as well as an install for you to check out.
