For your 2015 Silverado 1500 LT 4x4, the lift won't be an issue but you will need to use a high-low adapter. I've linked the page to your options and an article for measuring to ensure correct fit.
For your setup, I recommend starting with the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-3176-3. The Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 10K # RM-422 is my recommendation to go along with that base plate kit and you will also need safety cables like # RM-653.
For your tow bar wiring I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 to protect your truck while utilizing the tail lights for towing it. You will also need the Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle w/ Supplemental Braking System # RM-766.
For your supplemental braking system, I recommend the Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251 which will utilize your truck brakes and once installed only requires a flip of the switch to be ready to tow.
I've linked an article to assist with the towing components and how they work together.
