There is a way to adapt the 4-way on your truck to a 5-way so it will work with the 5-way on your boat trailer, but there isn't a replacement harness. Instead, what you will need is an adapter, the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 20036.
All you'll need to do is plug one end into the 4-way on your truck, and splice the blue wire of the adapter into your Ford F-150's reverse light wire to get a working 5-way. I have added links below to a couple example video installs for you to check out on other vehicles so you can get an idea of what the process will be when installing the Tow Ready 4 Pole to 5 Pole Trailer Wiring Adapter # 20036.
