The Jeep Grand Cherokee used to require a special harness to fix the steering issues the vehicle had but they fixed it by 2018 and it now longer requires it. So you do not need the EPS harness for your 2018 Grand Cherokee.

If you don't yet have the component for towing, I recommend the following parts:
