While there are no custom fit options available I recommend looking at the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13702. this is designed to fit flat frame rails that are 18" to 51" wide.
In it's general use it would be adding it to the rear of the RV if you have a flat frame on the front that would allow for the side brackets to attach to it could be a great solution for you.
