I’m wondering which parts I would need to install this brake controller on my van? It’s a 2017 Chevy Express 2500 with the factory tow package.

The Redarc Tow Pro Liberty part # RED24FR can install in your 2017 Chevy Express Van 2500 with the universal install harness # RED69FR.
Your vehicle has the blue output brake wire already ran from the back to the front. It is located under the dash near the emergency brake pedal.
If your vehicle has a round plug with a cap inside the driver's side frame rail instead of a bundle of wires in the jack storage compartment, use part # 30955 to add the 7-way.
