Replacement Lower Bushing And Washer For The Ram TJD-7000S Jack

Question:

Our trailer jack quit moving up and down despite being only 5 months old we bought it somewhere else, but they arent helping us. After disassembling it and looking at the parts we have, it looks like the washer and bushing under the horizontal gear that drives the screw have failed. The washer is deformed and the bushing is shattered. The pin that holds the horizontal gear is bent slightly. Looking at a previous post that lists the replacement parts available for this jack, I cant find anything that lists this particular bushing, just the ones the hold the handle in place. Are you aware of a replacement part for this situation, or have we managed to break the one part that is not available?

The Replacement Sidewind Gear Kit for etrailer and Ram Square, Direct Weld Jacks - 5,000 or 7,000 lbs
Item # TJD-7000S-GR has the replacement pins in the kit. The washer can just be replaced with any washer that will fit over the shaft. You just want to make sure it is the same thickness as the bent washer. As far as the tube shaft bushing under the horizontal gear, unfortunately we do not currently offer that replacement part. It would require replacing the jack. I recommend going with a Bulldog Square Jack w/ Footplate - Drop Leg - Sidewind - 28-1/2" Lift - 7,200 lbs Item # BD180455. The Bulldog jacks have more readily available replacement parts if needed.
