Do I Need Cell Phone Service for the PressurePro FX for RV to Operate

Can it be assumed that if you are in an area with weak cellular service you would not get readings?

The PressurePro FX 4 # 372FX4K communicates with your phone via Bluetooth technology, so whether or not you've got cell phone service you'll still be able to monitor your tire pressure with this system.
